Riz is at the grocery store as I type, gathering the goods for some new recipes I plan on giving a go over the weekend and into next week. What’s cooking?
- Baked Penne with Corn, Zucchini and Tomatoes
- Spicy Chicken and Rice
- Creamy Mushroom Stroganoff
- Green Chili Chicken Enchiladas
And let’s be realistic. Better throw in a pizza from the joint up the road into that mix. As much as I love the idea of donning a frilly apron and waltzing around with a mixing bowl, my afternoons are not my own and anything but predictable. If there’s any sort of food on the table by 6pm, it’s a success. If these are any good I’ll add them to the recipe tab. I’m also slowly adding some of our tried and true Riz and T recipe favorites. All in good time.
